Bailey Allman
OWNER/CERTIFIED APPRAISER Bailey was born and raised in Virginia Beach. He was introduced to the real estate appraisal business through a summer internship during college. He took a position right out of college in the industry and he has not looked back. Bailey earned his appraisal license in 2006 and went on to gain his appraisal certification in 2009. Allcoast Appraisal was formed in 2015. During his career, Bailey has appraised a wide array of residential properties ranging from starter homes to larger, custom estates and everything in between. Bailey has a passion and curiosity for real estate. The foundation of the service that Allcoast Appraisal provides is a combination of this passion, extensive experience, and an in-depth knowledge of the market. Bailey graduated from Virginia Tech where he played soccer for four years for the Hokies. In his spare time, he enjoys surfing, playing golf, and spending time with family. Bailey and his wife, Ashley, are proud parents to eight year old Stella and five year old Vallie. CERTIFIED APPRAISER/N.C. MANAGER Matt earned his appraisal certification in 2015 and enjoys the many and varied aspects of the job including observing a wide array of different property types and the investigative nature of researching sales within the market. In addition, he is able to apply his mathematical skills inherited from his parents and fine-tuned at James Madison University from 2001-2005 while earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. His time outside of appraising is spent with his family, dog, and friends, preferably on the sand or the water or around a table with good food and conversations.
